Ex-Dead Kennedys singer Jello Biafra continues to question authority with a vengeance on this 3-CD spoken-word release that is possibly the most important recording of his career. This release is especially notable for his reverent comments about the West Memphis Three case.

"I expect that the film will be shown in late Spring- April May of 2000.

It probably will be shown 3 or 4 times and they will re-broadcast the first film several times as well.

We hope to get an enormous amount of press- we will need all of your help in mounting attacks (gentle ones) on your local media to promote the film.

The film is 2 Hours and 15 minutes long at this point.

There will be as much as 9 pieces of Metallica music in this film. Lars Ulrich saw a roughcut and thought it as powerful as the first.

Most of the characters from the first film will be in the second film.

The film is upsetting if you believe in justice.

We have hopes of going to Sundance with the film for its Premier in January, it is up to HBO.

HBO should promote the film with vigor as the first film was a ratings and award winner.

We will do a few fim festival... only the big ones. There is also a possibility of it playing in 25 major cities on the big screen. We hope it will be in those theatres before it's HBO broadcast(like Jan-March)... we'll see.

It won't be out on Video until six months after it's tv broadcast... so it might be a stocking stuffer.

"Hello, this is Bruce Sinofsky signing on. Joe and I are getting close to completion of the film. We will be finishing the on-line edit in late September and then turning it over to HBO's loving hands. It will broadcast sometime in the beginning of the next millennium... Hopefully it will open eyes that have been closed and will open doors that have been locked. Having visited Damien a few weeks ago... I can only say he has a great spirit and still amazes me with his wit and intelligence. Best wishes..... Bruce"

KAIT 8 - Jonesboro, Arkansas: 5/26/99 - Mark Byers was in sharp county court this afternoon... Today Byers was sentenced to eight years in prison for breaking his parole agreement. He was convicted April 19th for selling drugs to an undercover officer. Byers was sentenced four years probation for burglary and theft in 1996.
